Great facilities, pool with slides keeps children (and adults) busy for hours! Decent food at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Reception/check in staff were a bit rude and customer service was not that good

Pamookkoo is very pleasant hotell having great familyrooms, beautifull pool area and super friendly staff. Hotell manager daily payed visits amongst guests and came for a little chat. Location is next to the main road and only a few minutes walk from the Beach. In general Kata Beach is good choice with children being a bit quiter than Patong. Still Patong, Phuket Town and other sightseeing places easily accessed by Tuk Tuk, local buses or taxi.

Terrible breakfast

Breakfast is worthy of a 2 star hotel, few options, coffee is terrible and fried eggs are lined up so they are cold when you get them, being in Thailand you would expect more fruit options than just water Mellon and pineapple. Renowned thai friendliness is not found amongst staff for breakfast with exception of one lady working alone.

Zimmer zu klein für 4 Personen, viele alkoholisierte Personen, die „geduldet“ wurden vom Personal, viele brachten starken Alkohol vom Kiosk und durften es im Restaurant trinken obwohl überall geschrieben ist, dass outside Alkohol nicht erlaubt ist. Wir wurden mehrfach „belästigt“ und haben uns mit zwei Kindern nicht sicher gefühlt. Wir haben zwei mal das Essen auf Grund dessen abgebrochen, Essen kam zwei mal kalt und hat lange gedauert - obwohl es hiess „10 Minuten“ und wir eilig los mussten, das Frühstück ist für die Anzahl Personen viel zu klein, absolut keine angenehme Atmosphäre, da das Personal die Teller nur auf den Abräumwagen gefeuert hat; Check in war „Massenabfertigung“ keine zusätzlichen Informationen, allgemein schlechte Englisch Kenntnisse des Personals, vier mal Feueralarm nachts ohne keine Informationen warum. Wir würden auf gar keinen Fall wiederkommen und waren froh als wir endlich das Hotel wechseln konnten

Stort hotell, god beliggenhet

Veldig stort hotell med mange fasiliteter. Ligger fint til på Kata, under 5 minutter å gå til Kata Beach. Litt kaotisk under frokosten pga for mye folk og litt for få bord. Litt lite rause med smil fra enkelte av de som jobbet i resepsjonen, ellers bare god stemning.

Situé derrière Kata beach tous les restaurants se trouve à côté vous êtes au cœur du lieu de vie sans être dérangé par le bruit, petit déjeuner topissime avec bcp de choix, et vos enfants seront ravis par la piscine

Fint hotel, god pool..

Grundlæggende rigtig fint. Men der var alarmer på dørene, så hvis folk glemte at lukke ordentligt når de skulle ud om aftenen, bippede de indtil folk kommer hjem. Maks frusterende med børn, når de vågner af det.

Terrible stay.Dangerous water park.

พื้นลื่นอันตรายในสวนน้ำและทางเดิน ลูกเราลื่นล้มแผลเหวอะเลย แถมพนักงานยังมาโทษว่าเพราะลูกวิ่ง ทั้งที่ก็ล้มกันหลายคน สไลเดอร์ก็ออกแบบมาไม่ดี มีตัวนึงเวลาลงเกิดการกระแทกแรงมากเพราะออกแบบลอยจากน้ำเยอะไปหน่อย ส่วนห้องพักกว้าง นอนสบาย แต่ฝูงมดยักษ์บุกมหาศาล คลานเละไปทั้งห้องจนต้องเรียกพนักงานมาช่วยตอนดึกเพราะนอนไม่ได้ พนักงานคิดไรไม่ออกเตรียมพ่นยาฆ่าแมลง(ในห้องนอนตอนสี่ทุ่มครึ่งเนี่ยนะ) แล้วไม่ได้เป็นห้องเดียว ห้องเพื่อนเราก็เจอเยอะมาก อาหารรสชาติแย่ ทั้งอาหารเช้าและมื้ออื่น ไม่นึกว่าที่นี่จะเป็นของเครือกะตะธานี เสียชื่อมาก ผิดหวัง The tiles in water park and corridor are slippery. My kids and I fell off and got bleed.The staff just blamed my child that she fell because she was running.I tried to tell them the floor had bad design.I also saw many people slipped.It is very dangerous when the floor got wet from rain. The slider did not well designed since there are too much gap between slider and water which make us hurt when we crash with water. A lot of big ants came out all over the room.So scary. Bad breakfast. Not worth at all.

プール：子連れなのでスライダー目当てに宿泊しましたが、中央のスライダーは子供には(大人にも)危険な作りです。ハイシーズンにも関わらず、たまにしか使用されていませんでした。子供用プールのスライダーもかなり急で、頭を強打して泣いている子供がいました。プールサイドの地面は大変滑りやすいので注意が必要です。 サービス：スタッフの英語のレベルが低く、やり取りに苦労します。部屋のクリーニングは夜まで来ないので、三日目以降毎日レセプションに電話してから出かけるようにしました。 食事：メニューが限定的で新鮮でなく、五回の食事は毎回退屈でした。食器も汚れています。 キッズルームは預かりのみでプログラム等はありません。ビーチもレストランも近くなので、ロケーションは最高です。ただカタビーチにはもっとリーズナブルなホテルが沢山あります。ファミリールームに滞在しましたが、バルコニーからの眺めは隣のホテルの廊下でしたので、眺望はリクエストした方がよいと思います。総じてロシア人ツアー客の箱として、急ごしらえで作られたホテルという印象でした。再訪はありません。

- พนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่สร้างความประทับใจ บัตรห้องให้แค่ 1 ใบ ถ้าประหยัดขนาดนี้อย่าเปิดเลยครับ - มดดำเดินเต็มในห้อง 3704 เหมือนอยู่ในป่าระแวงทั้งคืน - พนักงาน 4-5 คน ยืนดูผม และลูกสาวขนกระเป๋ามาเชคเอ้าท์ ก้อพยายามเข้าใจน่ะครับว่าโรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ แต่การแสดงความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าเมื่อพบ จำเป็นมาก
