A sweet surprise in the center of it all.

What a great place to stay. Almost centrally located to everything you want to be near. Shopping, restaurants, tours, the beach!!!, and street vendors are so close by. The manager Skandar was exceptionally nice and helpful. All his suggestions and tips were spot on for us. I think he went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best in Phuket. He even booked flights for us to trek off to Bangkok a few days. When I come back to Patong, which I will, I will stay at the Andatel every time. The whole staff was so pleasant and very polite so you feel at home with them. That pool after a long day is so refreshing, wish it were open all night for late night dips in the cool water. Patong is humid you know! Love this place!

There was sand on my rooms floor and room service didn't clean it any days. Walls were dirty also. Staff were okay. Pools were clean. It was quit noisy you heard everything from outside snd there is a bar at next to it. Food in their restaurant was nice.

첫날 잠만 자는 곳으로는 추천합니다.

파통지역 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 내려가는 긴 거리의 초반부에 위치해 있습니다. 바로 옆이 우체국이라서 거리에 세워져 있는 약도로 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 그리고 그 옆에는 오리엔탈스파가 있습니다. 한국인이 많이 가는 마사지 중에 하나인데 비쌉니다. 리모네보다 정확히 2배임 주변에 노보텔이 있습니다.(다만, 주변에 노보텔, holidayinn 이 되게 많음) 정실론까지 800mm 정도 되는데 신기하게 정실론, 방라로드로 걸어갈 때는 멀게 안 느껴지는데 돌아올 때는 멀게 느껴집니다. 파통 비치와는 좀 거리가 있습니다. 아침 조식은 딱 3성급이며, 계란 요리는 프라이, 오믈렛, 스크램블 로 원하는 것을 해줍니다. 수영장은 2개가 있는데 pool access room 으로 잡으시길 바랍니다. 수영하는 사람이 거의 없습니다. 방은 좁은 편이라서 둘이 이용하기는 좀 불편하고, 무엇보다 세면대가너무 높습니다. 제가 176인데 명치 부근에 세면대가 오니 말 다했고, 샤워커튼 없습니다.

Jeg bestilte en samlet rejse gennem Expedia. Fly+hotel. Jeg kiggede kun på hoteller med min.4 stjerner. Andatel hotel var vist med 4.5 stjerne. Derefter et luksus værelse og så balkon med udsigt mod bjergene. Da jeg fik anvist mit værelse troede jeg der var sket en misforståelse. Dagen efter henvendte jeg mig i receptionen. Det var ingen misforståelse. Det var et 3 stjernet hotel. De havde kun standardværelser og ingen værelser med udsigt. Prisen på opholdet var ok i forhold til standarten.

Locatie was top, 24 uur service, personeel super vriendelijk en elke dag netjes op tijd, niet te vroeg tijdstip en niet te laat, met schoonmaken van de kamer. Ietsjes minder was de douche, er hing geen douche gordijn. Daardoor werd de grond voor het toilet ook vaak heel erg nat

I just finished a week at Andatel and it was wonderful. Great and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The security is top notch. I felt very comfortable and will definitely stay again. Rest assured it is exactly as advertised, even the pictures.

夜中にドンドン音がするのが気になりました。あとは全体的に臭かったです。アメニティに歯ブラシはありませんのでご自身で準備になります。朝ごはんは毎日同じです。卵焼きとか頼めばやってくれます。 プールにはいつでも入れます。

ممتاز يستحق التحربة بدون تردد

الفندق نظيف وجميل ورائع بمعنى الكلمة مقابل القيمة انصح فيه للعوائل قريب من المطاعم والخدمات وصرف العملة والسوبرماركت والشاطئ كلها تروحها على مشي على الاقدام انا حجزت اول ليلتين ويصراحة امدد كل ليلتين ونقول نطلع ونروح فندق تاني نرجع نمدد كمان ليلتين حتى جلسنا فيها كل المدة المققرة في فوكيت المسبح نظيف فيه مسيح درجة الحرارة منخفضة نوعاًما لأن ما يضرب فيها الشمس واعتقد انهم متعمدين يسوا مدا عشان بعض الاجانب بحبوا تكون باردة وفي مسحب بيضرب فيه الشمس ودرجة حرارته دافيه ومريحه جداً نصيحة احجز يومين واذا ناسبك بتقدر تمدد بكل سهولة ولكن حاول تعرف اذا في عرف فاضية عشان تقدر تمدد بسعولة الصور المعروضة مطابقة للواقع

Room was clean and updated but the rest of the hotel was very old and not not so clean. Breakfast area was even horrible for a so called"4 star" hotel.
