"Great hotel with nice amenities. Nice sized room with a balcony and small kitchenette. Pools and beach area were well maintained and enjoyable. Wonderful buffet breakfast provided every morning. A market with lots of dinner dining options right across the street for dinner. There is a bus line that stops right in front of the hotel to get you into the city. Overall an enjoyable stay."

"The staff was great. The pool and cleaning staff members were very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the many pools that they have and the white sand beach next to the hotel. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. During the ckeck-in, there were two rude guests came up and stood by my side next to the counter while the hostess was checking us in. They were literally breathing on me. The hostess asked them to wait behind me, but they didn't move. I have not been to Eastern Europe, but I don't think this is the typical behavior there. I am not sure if the staff can anything to fix this."

"The units are sizable and the Ibiza Club was beautiful. The only challenge we had was, we took a tuk tuk across the property to one of the 2 available breakfasts and, even though we were well within the hours and there were tables visibly available, they weren’t seating new people. "

"I stayed at Vinpearl for 4 nights with my family, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The room condition was disappointing — basic maintenance issues such as a broken fridge and cupboard handles were present. Even after reporting these, they were not properly resolved, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and room service was not done to the standard you would expect from a property of this level. Communication was another challenge, as several staff members had difficulty understanding English, making even simple requests harder than they should be. Overall, the service felt quite average — there was a lack of proactive hospitality. No one checked in to ask about our stay, and there was little follow-up on the issues we raised. Food was another weak point. The Beach Bistro was underwhelming, and the Indian food options at breakfast were particularly disappointing. The only real highlight of the stay was the excellent connectivity via VinBus to VinWonders, VinSafari, and Grand World, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, while the location and connectivity are strong positives, the room quality, service standards, and food need significant improvement to justify staying here again."
