Hotel located in an excellent location, nearby to shops and eating outlets. Staff were very friendly and helpful, kudos to Katie and Mary. We had a no window room which was a bit cramp, but it was comfortable and clean. Those with mobility issues, please note that some rooms are located on a split level. Overall, a great hotel to consider when in HCM.
