Multiple issues, bed was made with dirty and used sheets despite being told the best cleaner had cleaned my room. The room was cleaned and ready almost 2hrs late, check in time 4pm our room wasn't ready until about 5:40pm, there was a ton of guests all coming in while I checked in complaing about ...
