Staff didn't have the time of day. There isn't an obvious entrance. They make you pay for use of water/electricity and other amenities but they don't give you any in the rooms. It was cold, stagnet and was like staying in an elevator. Very over priced but so happy for the company I had.

Amazing hotel and staff. Even valet went out of their way for us. My husband and I have been dealing with medical conditions and they are also empathetic, courteous, and the staff was amazing, excellent 👏 👌 👍

BJ at the front desk made all the difference! She was sweet. Other staff didn't really speak with us. The elevator was broken every day and they lock the doors from the outside so you can't use the stairway. There was some breakfast but It was clean and that is a lot considering the area.
