Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
This place was aweful. Walked into my room with my son to stains on the bed, splatter on the lamp, floor, walls and even a hole in the door etc. The lobby smelled like weed. Checked back out within 5 minutes of seeing the room.

It was fine, but it’s tired. The staff were nice and helpful, but it seemed like there were not enough staff. Too much waiting, and it was not a lack of effort. They were working hard.

FOUNDRE Phoenix
We loved the atmosphere, public spaces. The size of the rooms are amazing. Rugs and bathrooms are not clean enough. The use of iron beams for the bed is rough on your shins. A lot going good here. Staff really sweet and working well.
