Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.

Booked this spot for $204 thinking I’d get a decent night’s rest, a shower, and a general sense of “I’ll probably survive.” Technically… I got 2 out of 3. Arrival felt less like check-in and more like entering a VIP event where the dress code is “follow the car in front of you and hope for the best.” ...

Premier Inns Tolleson
I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked with smoke. I was told they didn't have any left so they couldn't give me a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained and rumpled and filthy looking. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and I was able to get a refund at the hotel.
