"Wish we could give zero stars. We checked out at 10 pm and did not stay the night here even though we knew we were just out the money. It was that bad. 1. Paid for a deluxe king balcony for 3 people with rollaway bed. We did NOT get a balcony and when we went back to ask we were told “too bad the ..."
