My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ
The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. ...

American Executive Inn
The place needs massive renovations. The property was ok from the outside, but my room was in pretty bad shape. I still stayed because I was alone, but if I were with my family, I will be out as soon as I get in the room.

Holiday Inn Phoenix-Mesa/Chandler by IHG
We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints!
