The McCormick Scottsdale
The hotel is older. The first room we were put in smelled musty and the restroom was dirty. The 2nd room we were put in was fine. The restroom was updated but the carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Tempe Oasis
It appears that maybe someone used a leaf blower outside the door, hence lots of debris inside the door all over the floor. The pillows could us an upgrade.
