"The rate is a little higher than I’d expect for this basic quality of a property, but there are limited options in the area. If you want to see the redwoods or just in the area, it’s a clean quiet place to crash. The staff is all very friendly and they have a decent breakfast. The hot tub was out of commission while I was here."

"Check-in was smooth and efficient — one of the few places where staff actually check and respond to Expedia messages! We really appreciated that they honored our request for two side-by-side rooms, making our stay even more comfortable.
The rooms were impressively clean and thoughtfully furnished. Each included:
A table with two chairs
A large, elongated table/dresser combo
Coffee machine with coffee and condiment packets
Shampoo and body wash packets
Plenty of fresh towels
A spotless tub and toilet
Parking was also a major plus — easy, safe, and located directly in front of the rooms. This made unloading luggage super convenient, especially for our late-night check-in. No stress, no long walks, just park and rest.
Overall, a reliable and well-managed stay. Great value, great service, and hassle-free from start to finish!"
"Nice room for a night or two (I was passing through on my way to Oregon from So Cal). I was in room 10. It felt spacious, especially travling alone. High ceilings with wood beams gave it a nice rustic feel.
There is Laundry on one side and public bathroom (for the pool area maybe) on the other, so no direct neighbors to speak of (room had its own shower)… it was quiet. Very friendly staff. Pod coffee and tea in the room.
Patio was sufficient. It had a table with a couple chairs and it was nice to chill with a drink after a long day on the road and just gaze out over the grass into the mountains.
I’d stay here again.

"We were on a road trip and spent one night at this property, and it had all of the needed amenities, such as a microwave and refrigerator. It was extremely clean, the parking was easy and close to the cottage, and the staff was very nice and responsive. There is only one thing that I would suggest, and that is for management to put a caution sign on the rear gate, near the play structure, that leads to the forest. The sign should clearly state, “Enter at your own risk.” The gate, gives the impression that it is safe to enter, and that a defined trail awaits. Several guests, including myself, accessed the gate thinking that there would be a marked trail, but then we learned that there was not a defined trail and the area was filled with fallen trees and poison oak. This is a major safety issue because children can easily access this trail, especially with it being adjacent to a play area. Other than that, I would gladly stay here again and I highly recommend it to other travelers.
