「Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.」

「Great location. Lots of space and well set out so great for large groups. Considering the apartment was supposed to sleep 11, it was disappointing that there were only 7 forks...Kitchen equipment was limited so if you're planning to cook for the group, think about what you might need and can easily bring. 「Lovely stay again. We were originally placed over Mathew Street in a standard room and realised on check in that it was a little loud for our liking. I went down to reception and was told there were no standard rooms to swap with so we were upgraded to a deluxe room and moved to the opposite side of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.
