Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District
When we got to our room, the air-conditioning was not working. We were traveling with our granddaughter and we had to have a technician come in and change the air-conditioning from the wall control to the window control. It was 80° when we got in our room.

Communication at desk could have been better. We reserved a shuttle for 5:00am. Got to the lobby at 4:59am and shuttle to the airport left already. Very disappointed. That was the reason we booked at the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber.
