I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.

Property staff was amazing. They were very friendly, hospitable, accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Property is on a mountain that has spectacular views of the ocean.
