「A really nicely appointed apartment in a good location. It’s walking distance to most of the sights and nightlife that Austin has to offer. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the place was spotlessly clean. There is a lot of construction around the place but I thought it was very well sound insulated so it really wasn’t an issue. I will happily stay here again next time I’m in Austin.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ. 」

「On Sat night at 1am, someone knocked on our door, proceeded to unlock the electronic lock with a door code and tried multiple times to open the door. Thankfully, Texas law requires a deadbolt and it was secured preventing entry. On Sun morning, the host wasn’t available to assist – only works M-F business hours, unlike any other VRBO I’ve stayed.
