"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"

"This was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I picked the room option specifically because it came with a tub/shower combo and the room only had a shower. "

"All in all a really good hotel. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, good signage to the various buildings. Spacious room. Curtains were a bit dirty and depending on who was room maid each day, replacements were hit & miss. Their online reservation system did not properly work when I extended by a night which was a bit of an ordeal. "
