"Unrivaled views of Bow Lake, the Bow Glacier, and the surrounding Canadian Rockies are just the appetizers to this superlative lodge. While the property is superb, the rooms are well-appointed, and the food is curated and Michelin-rated, the true gem is the unparalleled staff who always seem to find a way to make your stay more enjoyable. Can recommend without reservations."

"This was our second time staying at this property - I gave it 4/5 stars because of a few things that could be improved. The cabins are quite dark, and 2 out of 3 lightbulbs in the bathroom weren’t working - more light in the bathroom would have been great! Also, the carpets seemed a bit dirty. Bed was quite hard but we slept ok. The fans kept the room surprisingly cool! Nice to have a larger fridge, microwave, kettle. There is no coffee maker, just instant coffee. The property is very cute (outdoor “nature” gym, nice lookouts, fire pit), we were not there long enough to enjoy it though. Appreciate the eco friendly touches."
"Paradise Lodge and Bungalows was a great place to stay for our trip to the Lake Louise/Moraine Lake area. It was perfectly situated just a 15-minute walk to Lake Louise, and a simple drive to Banff (downtown), Johnston Canyon, and Yoho National Park (Takakkaw Falls). Our cabin was spacious and satisfied our needs, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!"
"Central location in Lake Louise town. Room was clean and comfortable and we opted to buy the breakfast in the morning for a discounted price of 10.00 per person. We got our 10.00 value for sure but it would not have been worth it if it was the advertised amount of 25.00.
Would stay again."
"Fabulous location on Emerald Lake and a comfortable room. Most personnel friendly and welcoming but unfortunately not the case with all. Sauna is a nice facility but needs a more efficient heater as takes ages to reach a decent temperature."
