She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.」

「I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted 」
