「We were not informed prior to stay about the facility being under remodeling, 1-3 floors under construction. On our 2nd day stay, water was shut down 10 am to 8pm for construction, when tried to use phone -there was no cord attached to wall, when using shower - could not get direct flow from showerhead. We will not revisit this facility again. People were nice but should have been discounted for dealing with all faults.」

「My couch arm was broken and they knew about it and when I asked for it to be fixed they just converted it to a bed without fixing the arm or replacing the couch and this was in room number 7」

「We stayed in a king bed room with a pull out couch. Two adults and a toddler. Was perfect for us. Very clean.」

「We stayed at this hotel after leaving the OYO hotel across town without staying the night there. This hotel was nice and in a good location. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change are the pillows. They were not comfy.」

「When we arrived we had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The third room we moved to was not completely clean. The shower faucet cover was not screwed down and spun everytime you turned it on. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and we don’t think it had clean sheets. Was also missing the comforter for it and had to get from front desk. When they came to do a refresher on the room they did not vacuum and we had to borrow the vacuum to do it ourselves. The breakfast was poor as...

「Breakfast menu was great. Room was clean, but the window seal had cracks in the plaster surrounding the window. Spoke to manager on duty. She said she would let housekeeping know. I took pictures because I didn’t want to get blamed and charged for damages . When I checked out the new manager on duty did not have the previous report I discussed」

「Dirty towels dirty sheets molde and rusted tub food on walls toilet wouldn't stop running the cabinets hand dirty hand prints all over the bed was full of lumps if my company rented there room the only good thing to say about the stay there is they are within 100 yards of three fast food chains two gas stations and one restaurant so since my truck broke down and i had no transportation for a week that was convenient but the motel is terrible」
