「Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.」

「I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. The only consolation was the Area Director of Operations Taskforce ,...
