「Hôtel idéalement situé à Lucca. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très serviable. La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique. Je recommande donc vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir.」

We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door...
