"There were available parking stalls. The room was not very clean. They must have just painted it during the day as it was full of paint fumes. There were no side tables for either bed. The bedding was questionable one top sheet looked like it was actually a tablecloth. Only 3 light bulbs worked and the bathroom door didnt close."

"Plenty of parking, staff was friendly, but there was no one at checkout at 9am. The room was nice and spacious. There was quite a bit of dust on the TV, and a few stains on the floor, but it was a perfect room to stay for a night. Beds were comfy as well."

"This is a relatively inexpensive place to stay in Nanaimo, and did very well in that category. We just needed a place to spend the night before boarding the ferry the next day. The place was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. An included continental breakfast was available, but we could choose to eat breakfast at a restaurant on site at a discount. (The restaurant was open all day with largely breakfast oriented fare.) There was a pool onsite that I didn't use. Our room included a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, which was helpful."

"Our room was nothing like the photos on their website. Super rundown and shabby. Shredding towels and bathmat, chipped sink and counters. Pealing floor. Stained and drooping ceiling tiles. Lumpy bed small tv. Fridge was fine. Would not recommend. In dire need of renovation. Very disappointed"

"My room was clean and quiet which is most important, but the rest of the property (hallways/lobby) felt a bit dirty and unkept. I'd stay again but wasn't crazy about it. Staff seemed great."
