Staff was kind. Our room had some cleanliness issues and the TV didn't work. We asked for assitance with the TV, but it was never resolved. Breakfast was a bit cold/undercooked. It seems as if one staff member was trying to handle the desk and breakfast.

Stayed here recently for a solo ski trip to Nubs Nob. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was not very clean. I paid extra for a jetted-tub room. Do not bother. Cool and funky boutique vibe in a perfect location. Rooms are huge and very clean. They allow small dogs which is major reason I choose this hotel every year.
