「The staff was phenomenal , Nicole is an absolute gem!!! The rooms were clean and kept, The staff was helpful and attentive to any and all needs i.e.: restaurants, boat trips, taxis etc.. The beach was beyond beautiful. We traveled a bit off season so some places were closed but everywhere we went was wonderful and the beach was almost exclusively ours at times. We would chose this time again!」
「Scrub Island is a top tier resort with beautiful amenities and amazing customer service from the time your flight lands, the ferry arrives to the dock, the check-in was flawless-even making sure our rooms were ready on time based on our arrival. Every staff member went above and beyond!」
「From the check-in moment we were treated like VIPs, the team provided truly personal attention. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and remembered our names and room number. This small property was a great choice for us to escape the loud crowds, while still being right in front of of the beach. Whenever I wanted to venture outside and explore landmarks (Cane Garden, ferry dock, oad Town, etc) staff provided helpful guidance and even arranged taxi transportation.
