Asked for additional money for towels and sheets beyond what was described in Expedia. the Caravan was freezing at night, no insulation whatsoever. The rooms are very small. there's not even dish soap in the kitchen... no soap inthe shower.

Nice accommodation for families
First of all, the location is amazing! close to every thing and comfortable to reach. the only problem for me was the loud noise every evening from the entertainment- it's nice but till very late (almost 23:00pm) especially when you have small kids and they put us next to the activity.. another thing it's the Wi-Fi- very bad in all the areas! other than that, it's a very nice place if you are just coming for sleep.

Really clean. New accommodation. Easy access for lake Garda. Comfy beds. Air conditioning works great. Have to wear a swim cap in pool, but they sell them for only a couple of euros in site. Pool lovely and clean.

I’ve never had such an unhappy and stressful holiday experience. Shouted at by staff in front of my children, banned from using the pool for the whole stay due to a strange rule that you have to wear rubber swimming caps (I can’t due to a disability but it wasn’t stated on Expedia at the time of booking), woken at 7.30am by loud banging and stomping. Went outside to find three men on our bungalow roof re-tiling it! I complained at reception and she shrugged and smirked. We were not warned or asked if it was ok. No beds made up on arrival - no sheets or towels provided but again not told at check in. The staff were rude and unfriendly. The plaster on the walls was peeling off due to damp and the sofa bed was dirty and dusty and the mattress caved in in the middle. The bed mattress was a cheap old rock hard mattress. My back is agony from the 4 night stay. We called Expedia asking to be moved on the first night but everywhere was booked up. When I requested a refund or compensation the hotel refused. We are waiting for Expedia to compensate us. I spent about 4 hours of the trip mostly on hold to Expedia relocations. A disaster really. We go to Peschiera every summer to see family and I will never booked a place like this again. It is categorically not 4* as stated. It scrapes a 2*rating and not worth the €200 per night, but if you want to be treated politely and with kindness pls avoid this place. They also play aggressive EDM music by the pool every day and evening.

Fabulous value for money site
We were a party of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers) and had an amazing 6 night stay. Position is excellent, by the Marina, with a separate beach and a 1.5km walk into the beautiful Peschiera. We had a car and there is ample free parking near the accommodation. The accommodation was basic but very cosy with good cooking facilities and nice communal area. Only criticism would be that the entertainment was lacking, however being a group we made our own and it was lovely to have outdoor furniture supplied. Staff friendly, price for on-site food and drinks really reasonable. Two recommendations are to try the family size pizza and, as it’s by the water, bring tonnes of mozzie repellant!

We stayed at the site as a family of five for two weeks. The mobile home was clean and adequate for our needs. The facilities on the site were good and the staff were helpful. The two pools were as spotless and there was a lot of entertainer for younger children, although not used by us. The location was handy for the lake and not too far from the centre where lots of restaurants could be found. The only criticism was the hidden costs (taxes, cleaning and towels/bed sheets) which wasn't very clear and added up to over £200 extra. Would recommend.

Really nice stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The home was with well-equipped kitchen, salon, and 3 rooms. It was very clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly and no additional charge was required (it just cannot be controlled by the guest but you can ask to set the desired temp). Buying towel you receive 3 towels - 1 big and 2 small. The pool and the pool area was very clean and pleasant. Stongly reccomended for family with kids. Thank you!

We didn’t know you bring your own bed sheets. But they were able to provide them for a small fee. Having a small local market on the camp ground was very convenient for essential items. Food at the restaurant was very good!

We had to pay extra and make our own beds, pay for towels, there was 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap or shampoo or body wash. They directed us to the shop to buy some which was closed. The reception was full of dead bugs, the restaurant had two ladies to serve a line up 25 people. It was a terrible experience, the reception staff was rude when we complained there were no amenities. This place should not be listed on Expedia as a hotel. The resort told us we should have known better, because on their own site linens, towels and soap are listed as extras. Extremely disappointed with the property and Expedia.

Wonderful location.
This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed here and as always wished our stay was longer. Perfect location on lake Garda with only a short walk into town. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area and plenty to do with the kids. We stayed in a mobile home which was air conditioned, clean and spacious. The only small complaint would be that the beds a rather hard but you get used to it.

This is our second time staying here. It is in an excellent location, is extremely clean, and a great. Alien. The staff is always helpful and kind. We will definitely return next year.

Amazing location in the beautiful town of Peschiera right next to the lake. Lots of trees and shade and a wide selection of cabin types. Front desk staff were amazing. They really looked after me with all the issues of travel and stay time caused by Covid. There are 2 pools. 1 is more for families at the entrance to the camp and can get busy during peak times. The other pool is the opposite side of the camp and hoghly recommended. Always got a lounger and umbrella and pool was never over crowded. Also gets a nice breeze from the lake on a hot day. Super market sufficient, but overpriced. Would suggest using just for fresh bread and milk. There is entertainment for kids but very minimal and lacklustered. We didnt even know about it until well into our stay. Luckily it wasnt a deal breaker for us but dont expect much. Would highly recommend and will return again at some point. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Спасибо большое! нам все очень понравилось. 4 !!! очень чистый, это сразу видно. домики все новенькие. постельное свое или аренда у них. За уборку доплачиваешь, но благодаря этому чисто очень. в бассейнах плавать нужно в шапочках, зато бассейн идеально чистый и нет везде волос. Часы работы бассейна можно увеличить, а то с 11-18.00 это как то очень мало. Утром так приятно перед завтраком поплавать....а он только в 11 открывается. Надеюсь что это не всегда так, а сейчас изза того что мало туристов. У вас в домике и у длмика совсем не ловил wifi, но это не проблема, роминг сейчас копейки стоит. Очень близко пляж озера. Обязательно тапочки для плавания, очень каменистый берег и скользкие камни.

We got a new mobile home, which was clean and new. Staff members were amazing! helpfull, cooperative and extremely nice! Were willing to resolve any issue and request, even ones that are not directly related to the facility.

Nice place, nice staff, excellent value. The only thing I would like to change would be for those hiring a mobile home is for linen and towels to be included in cost, even at additional cost, but up front. Otherwise, the whole family highly recommend.

Campsite in a great location within walking distance of the Lake and Peschiera. We had a Rose Mobile home which was a little worn but had decent beds/shower etc. Thankfully we were set further back from the evening entertainment stage. Some of the mobile homes were right next to this and I can imagine this would be too loud on an evening, especially if you had young children. My kids enjoyed the pool but didn't really join in with any of the activities, they did seem to cater more towards the German/Italian holiday makers. Pizza from the on site restaurant delicious:).

Caravan was only a year old and condition and comfort was great. It was spotlessly clean with effective air conditioning. This park is adjacent to the lake so just outside, the views are fantastic. The only negatives of this park are the kitchen appliances. No kettles are provided or even available to hire. There is also no oven or barbecue. The on-site shop is basic and expensive. Those points aside, we had a great time!

The perfect place for family
We was 12 days in the camp! The location was perfect and close to the Autostrada to go out the area. In the camp there are all what family needed. The supermarket is available and the restaurant is in very good place and pretty cheap!!

Beautiful campsite!
Beautiful campsite close to everything in Peschiera! Stokes throw away from the picturesque Lake Garda. Modern mobile homes in a lovely setting. Not to crammed together like some other sites I’ve read about. An oven and toaster would have been handy - you need to get creative with the hob instead! Children’s entertainment was good throughout the day with the usual dances. Evening entertainment was great and varied throughout our 9 day stay - the staff work very hard to please all ages. WiFi connection good in the restaurant area. There were generally enough sun beds for most people. An bar area would have been a bonus but not a necessity. Local shops not too far away either.

The resort was situated next to Lake Garda with beautiful views. The accommodation was as expected from the photos and we had a 2 minute walk to the restaurant and swimming pools. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and would go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience. Our children adored the pools, and the children's pool was perfect for our toddler.
