「At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. 「This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. 「Staff was very helpful and polite. Parking was not available on arrival at the hotel, and there is no Porte Cochere to drop bags. However, just park at one of the many nearby parking garages. Rate is same at all..24 euro for 24 hours. I recommend ‘Historic Centre’ as is like 30m walk to hotel. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and everything is available. 15 min walk to the shopping district. 」
