"We loved this property. It was perfect for our needs. We can't to town for my Marine's birthday. He just needed a couple days with family to relax & get some of mom's home cooking. This place was exactly what we needed! The boys played ping pong while i cooked all my sons fave meals and my husband grilled the steaks. Only 15min to base, 25min to the mall & 25min to the airport. The house was clean, cozy and had all i needed to make everything, including a birthday cake. I added a few items...

"The view from the balcony was great. When we first arrived, we had to schedule maintenance and cleaning. Floors, cabinets, dusting, dishes, etc. The coffee maker timer and the ice maker didn't work (maintenance came in and attempted to fix the ice maker; I made two more calls to get that fixed but had no success). The bathroom exhaust fans were coated with dust. The unit in this building was on the second floor, with 9 or 10 steps to climb, no elevator, and no mention of that in the posting. ...
