I suggest having instructions available in the room on how to use. The bathtub drain would not drain and had to call to replace the drain mechanism. There was no lotion in the bathroom dispenser. Instructions for TV use is appreciated as there are 2 remotes to use for local and non local channels"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how cozy the bed is. The site has a great central courtyard for families with grills for BBQs which I wasn't expecting (nice addition). The breakfast was actually very good with hot food options. I was travelling for work and would definitely stay here again. "
