「Convenient location」

「We travelled to Penticton for a family gathering the last weekend in May. The Balcomo was perfect for some of our get togethers. The pool was heated and so nice. We loved the hot tub, cold plunge pool and the dry sauna- literally felt like we were at a spa! The restaurant was fabulous. The room we were in was great- everything we needed and super clean. The grounds are extremely well maintained and beautiful! We are already planning to return! Can’t say enough on how much we loved our stay.」

「Had a family reunion booked at the hotel the pool area combined with their outdoor cooking area was an amazing surprise. The locations proximity to the boardwalk along the lake was a definite bonus.Great experience will definitely book again if in the area.」

「All 6 pillows were super thick and big. Couldn’t sleep properly at all. Ended up sleeping without any pillow. 」

「Great location! Room had been renovated but several items were dated. Pretty clean and we definitely felt safe and secure at the place. It’s about what we had expected although the a/c was very loud and kept kicking out. Otherwise a good night stay in a beautiful spot with a low star rating.」

「It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. 」

「My husband and I stayed here once before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, that is why we returned. We brought our small Scotty dog and were treated so well. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfast was delicious as was the am coffee. We also enjoyed our complimentary wine and chocolates, thank you. We were met by the hostess who joined us for a tasting even though she was expected out for dinner as it was her birthday. The wine tasting and wines were also superb. I can’t say enough...

「We spent three nights. Very comfortable,a bit smaller that we thought. We didn't use the amenities. I would go back next time we need to.」
