"This property is in VERY poor condition. I have many pictures (time coded) of holes in the walls when I checked in, absent refrigerator which was pictured in the original add, very poor cleanliness. The entrance to the lot has 2 very deep pot holes which have had no attention for a very long time. The wifi does not stay connected for more than 5 minutes between drop outs and has no security when connected. I am very surprised that Expedia lists this property on their site."
"This hotel is a bait and switch. Unafe area. Beware. I pulled up to the hotel and it looked like an abandoned building. It said under new management. "

"Was booked at a total dump and had to make a last second switch. Sleep Inn wasn’t much more for a totally pleasant experience. Room and lobby were clean. "
"Just wanted to say that the Holiday Inn in New Port News was exceptional. You couldn’t ask for more. The hotel receptionist (Beccy) was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable about everything. A my visit when visiting New Port News."
"Very nice and clean hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, gym, or got breakfast, but they all seemed great. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
"I've stay here several times. Although it's not a newer hotel, they do everything right! I'm not big on breakfast but there was a varied spread and I heard no complaints from anyone. It was nice to see the kitchen staff smiling and speaking to people. "
