"I reserved the room under my name. My wife showed up with her ill mother (staying over for a procedure the next morning), and the room was booked under my name. She had my credit card and the hostess told her she couldn’t stay there without the reservation in her name and rudely cut her off and asked her to leave unless she had a reservation in her name. I went back to Expedia and changed the reservation to her name and sent her proof. (After she went back to the desk with the revised reservation)They reluctantly took 30 minutes to say that they would make an exception this one time? Hostess needs to find a new career "

"Room and products in the room (e.g., sheets, comforters, shower curtains, etc.) were not clean and had visible marks/stains. I did NOT inform the staff as I did not expect anything to change."

"The room was on the bottom floor. They allow pets . The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was really great!!!! Sadly pool was closed."
