The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful plus nice I don’t blame them for the lack of respect that the people who work and stay there have for the property I would clean house and then clean up

Hotel has condemned by the city notice on front door. Extremely dirty, broken fridge, and caked spill in freezer. Unsafe, extremely dirty, and unsafe.

This property is in VERY poor condition. I have many pictures (time coded) of holes in the walls when I checked in, absent refrigerator which was pictured in the original add, very poor cleanliness. The entrance to the lot has 2 very deep pot holes which have had no attention for a very long time. The wifi does not stay connected for more than 5 minutes between drop outs and has no security when connected. I am very surprised that Expedia lists this property on their site.

Not a Palace or pleasant stay

The property manager has terrible customer service. Rooms are not what is advertised. Half of the stove works, bathroom and room is in need of cosmetic repairs. Pest control also needed!

TERRIBLE

The conditions of the room was terrible. It was not clean. It was stuff left from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were not clean. They had stains on them. My daughter had to shower in shoes because the bathroom was so filthy. After complaining to the front desk she responded with “what’s the problem? What do you want me to do?” They refused to move us to a cleaner room so the very next morning we checked out. The customer service is terrible. The last yells and refuses to help with any issues. There was a couple outside our door who got in a fight and i was scared because i don’t know this area and didn’t know if it would turn more violent and i have my 2 kids in the room. The overall experience was terrible. I would never recommend this space and i will never stay here again.

Never got to see the inside of room because the one I booked 3 months prior wasn’t even available. Drove 6 hours to be told at 4 they were cleaning it. Check in is 2. Finally at 6 I realized they didn’t even have a room and no one told me. The area is awful and this was extremely disappointing. Guess there is a first for everything.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in.

DON'T STAY HERE. The pictures are NOT accurate. This is the most misleading listing we have ever stayed in. The floors were slimy, as if they hadn't cleaned the mop water in weeks. Not exaggerating your shoes would slide while standing. We booked a king bed and got two full size that my feet hung off of. The furniture is covered in stains, the fridge doesn't work, half the bulbs were out, the floor was tearing up in places, the wall had been damaged several times and fixed and painted over with a totally different color paint, the list goes on and on. There were locals which looked to be living here permanently and ppl coming in and out non stop and watching us to see what room we were going to and when we left. We took our luggage with us everywhere because we didn't feel safe leaving it. Even the man working there seemed to be more buddies with the locals and no management was anywhere so we were uncomfortable complaining even. This property shouldn't even be a hotels.com partner.
