「Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Definitely worth going to the spa restaurant koral in the hotel. Will stay in kempinski again next time when I visit Bali. 」

「We loved this place. While the room was comfortable and clean the staff really made the stay. They were so attentive and really cared about what we were looking for and immediately helped us arrange laundry, transportation, food, etc. hearing the waves at night was very soothing.」
