「The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. 「I didn’t even stay at it and what I paid was lost, the property was so dirty and unsafe. There was a dog entering the pool. Mosquitos everywhere. No communication around the area and the wifi wasn’t working. The furniture is so old and bathroom is dirty with no toothbrushes, shampoos, conditioners.. etc. the pictures were so fake and I hope I can get my money back as I went to another hotel and didn’t sleep there at all.」
