Needed extra pillows... they had none (only 2 pillows per bed were in room), no extra blankets. One bed was good other was so soft that we rolled to the middle bc bed kind of folded from weight. 「We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites.
