「The front desk staff were the friendliest we've ever seen at a hotel (over many years of travelling). We stayed in a room with a kitchen (due to food allergies, restaurants aren't easy), and it was well supplied, though it had pots, but no frying pan.」

The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room.」
