「Pillows were terrible. The thermostat and the ac fight each other - they aren't connected. The furnace heats the rim up then the ac kicks in and cools it down. Then the furnace heats it up. It was an uncomfortable sleep due to the temperature and pillows. I've never seen such a small hotel room in Canada, and thought it was over priced for such a tiny room. The staff were good. The breakfast was ok - eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt.」

「Room was not as clean as my last stay, couldn’t use the coffee machine as the plastic tie on the plug wasn’t removed and the day before checking out I was exhausted and found 2 black bugs on my bed… looked like a type of little beetle idk.. told staff on checking out… not even a sorry.. anyway will not stay again」

「Nice Decent hotels but the hallways have a funky smell」

「Our stay started good. Until we found some bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the picture of bugs. They just gave us an email address to contact, and nobody even reach out to us eversince. The breakfast seem not enough to the number of guest they have.」

「We rented this strictly for a kitchenette. The stove top didnt work we did find a hot plate in the cupboard no idea if it worked or not because there was no pots and one tiny frying pan. There was a mixture of dollar store and garage sale bowls plates cups ect. The room was filthy with repairs needed everywhere. Honestly we would have just left if the nicer hotel in town wasnt full.
