"A true gem in Sitges. The hotel is not only luxurious, stylish and well located ; but the amenities are superb, and above all: the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They all went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable and comfortable one. The tall security guard s the soul of the hotel; friendly , attentive and gave us an extra sense of safety. I would not hesitate staying at Casa METT the next time I’m in Sitges."

"Staff was great. Multilingual. Pool amazing. Furniture and walls were in rough shape. Counters & cabinets were crumbling; and furniture was in serious need of cleaning or replacing. Very close to Balmins. A bit of a schlep to get to the heart of the action."

"The air conditioning worked marvelously, that was definitely a highlight of our stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, modern and clean, bathroom with big shower lovely. Loved the little balcony for sitting down and unwinding. We were in the back overlooking the courtyard. Perfect for us because it was quiet. Overall a very well maintained place. Only one lift so we used the stairs to go down. The lobby was modern and spacious however with an ever lingering smell of fish from the restaurant, which I personally found unpleasant. The pool upstairs is tiny, the view is beautiful and the lounge chairs a welcome addition if you want to relax and not go to the beach. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the water and whiting walking distance to everything so we were very satisfied with our hotel choice."

"We stayed at Mim Stiges for 10 days, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The check-in process was a little frustrating at first, as the room we were initially given was not the Superior City View room I had booked and paid for. We ended up having to move rooms twice before receiving the correct room. That part of the arrival could definitely have been handled more smoothly. That said, once everything was sorted out, the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. A special thank you to Roger at the night front desk, who provided excellent customer service and was always professional and accommodating. Laura in the dining room was also absolutely lovely. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely made breakfast something we looked forward to each morning. Despite the initial room issue, we left with a very positive impression of the hotel, largely because of the wonderful staff and the comfortable stay we had afterward. We would happily stay again"

"The hotel is one of the best 5star’s I have ever been in. They have multiple swimming pools, spa , the View of the sea and hills is perfect combo. Food is excellent. Staff is brilliant and helpful. Speak fluent English. If you want peace and quiet- this is the place."
