「Lovely decor in the hotel. Our suite was gorgeous. We ate in the restaurant and it was lovely, great menu. The pub is very cosy, very relaxed feel to it.」

「Wonderful overnight stay with our springer spaniel . Lovely clean and spacious dog friendly room in the Annex with a fabulous view . Set in wonderful grounds with lovely outdoor areas and enjoyed a great circular walk down to the river. All staff were so friendly and the steak for the evening meal was cooked perfectly as was the very generous breakfast . Definitely be back」

「We arrived quite late, having travelled up after a long week of hard work. Although we missed the opportunity to eat, we had a drink and retired to our room. Walked through a very pleasant looking outdoor seating with well landscaped gardens and ambient lighting, Even by the entrance to the block where our room was, there was a couple of chairs and we did have a sit for a while, as it was a very warm evening. 「Although there was an issue with my booking on arrival (I had a confirmation but it hadn’t been received by the hotel), they were great about it and didn’t hesitate to get me a room organised. I was a late arrival and the kitchen had closed but again the team sorted me something to eat. The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended!」

「Lovely hotel, we went for a family wedding. The staff were so lovely and the rooms a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and they brought us vege sausages which were lovely.」
