"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. "Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. "

"The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The food was out of this world, so tasty and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a huge walk in shower. There was a kettle and a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too. We both slept well. The curtains were blackout so weren't disturbed by the light either."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful little inn. It's on a peaceful little road and the hotel was very quiet. We had a fantastic dinner and prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was also delicious.
