「Spacious, clean and the host meet us at the door」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Leuke kamer . Bedden ok maar kussens een beetje klein. Verder beetje gehorig. Hoorde een kind huilen . Maar stoor me er niet aan . Zwembad niet gebruikt . . Verder helemaal prima」

「This hotel is a treasure hidden in the Ribera area, very convenient location, clean room, professional staff, absolutely 10/10.」

「Beautiful place, we loved the exposed stone in this apartment, very nicely renovated in a nice part of the town. Definitely would recommend, very responsive hosts and apartment was clean」

「Spacious and well equipped apartment. Would stay again!」

「Everything is clean and tidy. Staff Carlos is very helpful. 」

「房間寬敞，客廳及廚房也乾淨舒適，除了廁所少了可以放衣服的地方外，其他都很完美。地理位置十分方便，房子裝飾也很典雅。」

「The room was large and in an excellent location. The only issue could be that the area is not accessible by car. You have to get there on a steep cobbled street by yourself. The check in process wasn’t totally clear. The host came to meet me at the property. If you don’t mind walking a bit, this is a great option!」

「the setting is very homey n the location is very good. juz a few min to most attraction n shopping centre. The host gave good recommendation on the restaurants which r pretty local n yum. So dun hesitate to ask ;) juz some problem wif the overloaded electricity but was fixed soon anyway.」

「Really clean and was really grateful for the Air conditioning」

「Excellent location. Good studio with nice bathroom, built in kitchen with dishwasher etc. Property behind some metal mesh so didn’t realise we were at correct place at first. Should the PIN code for the communal entrance be the same for the door? Bar nearby pretty noisy at night. Small ants by wall and table. Would we stay again- yes but with earplugs and please use ant powder.」

「个方面都很好，房东太太也很热情，就是我预定的房间因为窗户临街所以有点吵」

「The room was fine and the location was fantastic, both 4-5 stars! The reason for the 1 star rating was checking out with parking being a total disaster. Another patron had their car parked in such a way that the garage door could not fully open, making it impossible to get our car out (probably not the property manager's fault?). What was his fault, was the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue. Not a single response to 8 What's App messages plus numerous direct texts, phone calls,...

「很新，十分清潔，只時電梯壞了，入大門前沒有燈，熱水比較難控制，水壓足夠時很熱，暖的時候水壓不足，水龍頭有漏水情況！」

「Great location. Good facilities Nice to have a garden out the back. Helpful to have hotel two doors down to help with check in/any questions. Large bathroom with decent shower and full power hairdryer. Sofa in the rockstar room was incredibly uncomfortable- so much so I had to relax on the bed. This really needs changing asap as defeats the purpose of booking a studio if you can relax in the space.」
