"The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an experience where I booked a driver through the hotel to take us to Nusa Dua to our next hotel. When checking out, I finalised the bill which I didn't realise included the transfer to the next hotel. I then paid the driver in cash directly, meaning I had double paid. When I realised, I advised Cros Bali Breaker and they offered a refund and physically delivered the cash refund to me to the next hotel which is an hour away, without question. I very much appreciate that the staff went over and above to rectify the situation and I would like to thank them for this. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the overall service they provide. "

"Beautiful hotel and the stag were so amazing and helpful. Very central location and great rooms. We did the complimentary yoga one morning which was so relaxing and a great start to the day. The outdoor bathroom was a beautiful touch. Note there is no bar or restaurant at this place but they have ordering in facility and a fully functioning kitchen which you can use if you want to make a meal yourself one night. The massage arranged through the hotel was also excellent. "

"I would def recommend for Solo travelers of course suitable for couple as well. I felt the extroverted staff took cate of me entire trip. I went to Alchemy yoga center everyday and had a blessed time. i am coming back again with my friends soon! Thank you everyone! "

"Most beautiful resort. Rooms were large clean, air conditioned with furniture to put clothes away. Grounds were very clean lots of areas to lounge with umbrellas. Great restaurant beautiful views quick walk down stairs to beach. A bit away from the town but easy drive. Used hotel drivers they were great. Staff was excellent. "
