「The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. 」

Few things about technique that i broight up when asked about my food, they came back saying that the way its done, now as a french trained chef i felt the need not let the man splaining slide. 「The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. An issue we had was that we got a message saying our stay will have breakfast included, but when checking in they said no that message we received from Expedia was wrong. Which is...

「這一次我並沒有使用泳池，所以這一項我沒有評分，但是看起來很不錯，我很喜歡我住的兩層樓樹屋，空間寬敞，裡面的設計感也很有居家的感覺不張揚的舒適，一早推門或坐在廳裡就可以看到外面的綠蔭，整體的環境自然，這個地方並沒有太多的房間，所以很舒適，工作人員也很熱心。」
