The shower head literally blew off the wall from the pressure and hit my wife in the head. Took a layer of skin off her forehead and a nice little bump. It was our anniversary and had plans to go to the block party. We ended up having a maintenance guy in our room when we were supposed to be alone. Then we had to move rooms when we were supposed to be at our reservation. Worst anniversary ever! They showed zero compassion. No offers of how can we make this better. The room we were moved to was rush cleaned the shower had “hairs” all in it and bathroom floor in general. The couch has never been moved and vacuumed. Once in my life I complained about noise at another hotel and was offered to have my night comped and I even said no, but was grateful for the courtesy. This place nothing. Barely even eye contact from the front desk while changing the room key. We live 30 minutes away, but chose this place because of the close proximity to our reservations to avoid drinking and driving, but what a nightmare. We should’ve just stayed home.

Beware if you have a bad back. The beds are horrible, rock hard. I am going to be suffering for days after check out. The pillows are garbage. Everything else was good.
