「It is a very cozy hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. I had a comfortable stay and would happily return again.」

「Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby」

「The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful.」

「No lift so ask for ground floor when booking if needed. Nice, cool basement room, simple but clean and comfortable. Helpful reception (24hrs). Some updating is happening with painting etc but overall a good stay in a great location.」

「The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. 」
