"Bad service dirty room "

"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay. We specifically booked and paid for a Penthouse suite, yet upon arrival, we were downgraded to the 5th floor without any valid justification or prior communication. The service—or complete lack thereof—was shocking for a property at this price point: • Zero Hospitality: We walked through the lobby several times daily; not once were we greeted or even acknowledged by the staff. • Zero Assistance: On multiple occasions, I was visibly struggling, carrying my five-year-old child along with several bags. The staff watched us approach the elevators and didn't so much as offer a hand or hold the door. • Wrong Room, Wrong Attitude: Not only was the floor incorrect, but the initial room assignment was wrong as well. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. If you are looking for the "premium" experience they advertise, look elsewhere. This hotel lacks the basic awareness and "care" that defines hospitality. Extremely rude and unprofessional."

"We got to the hotel at 1pm. They wanted $50 to check in 2hrs early. I decline to be gouged an extra $50. Hotel was clean and smelled good. It’s definitely older, but doable for a short stay on a tight budget. We stayed for a night before a cruise. We took advantage of the FREE Miami Beach Trolly to get around town."

"We only stayed one night, but had a great experience. The room was clean and the location was really convenient. The only downside was that check-in is at a different hotel, which we didn’t realize at first, so we had to get transportation to the actual property. Other than that, everything was smooth and we’d definitely stay here again."

"I had an amazing experience at 72 Park. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s conveniently near everything, which made getting around very easy. The staff was also outstanding, very polite, attentive. The only small suggestion I would make is to add blackout curtains in the main room, as the brightness from outside can be a bit strong. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was terrible, just the view was okay—everything else was awful. They wouldn't refund my money because of the wrong dates, so I had to pay double for the hot water. The reception was terrible. It was my first time using Expedia, and I wasn't happy with it. "

"Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in — dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away. The bathroom was in bad condition with leaks and poor hygiene (hair, dirty towels, etc.). The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care at all. On top of that, our reservation situation was handled very unprofessionally, with excuses about “card issues” at the last minute. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and an AC that barely works. It was also very noisy at night — the walls are so thin you can hear everything, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this place should not be in business in its current condition. Avoid at all costs."
