"I had a great stay! Communication was on-point, easy and seamless. My condo was the partial ocean view and you can see the ocean. The condo is only about a 2block walk over to the beach. What makes the communication and check-in process effective and smooth is after you book to check your email for a email coming from NÓMADA DESTINATION RESIDENCES. Here you can take care of your check-in process, request early access and so forth. That portal also helps you get a feel for restaurants, attractions and shopping that’s all around you. Plus more. The condo was very well maintained, absolutely worth the trip and was very clean. There is an extra charge if you want additional cleaning done throughout your stay which I don’t like you would have to pay for but is what it is. Next time I’m back in Miami this place will absolutely be at the top of my list."

"No hotel parking- a big minus"

"The place was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool area needs some help. The tiles are loose and somebody can get hurt. The cushion for the chair's needs to be cleaned. Also microwaves needs to be on site. If not in the rooms at least in the lobby area. My room was clean and I was happy about that."

"This is a beautiful hotel! Both pool and beach areas are truly lovely. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are slightly dated and all the amenities are a bit pricey. The provided shampoo/soaps are not very good. I would still come again just remember to being your own products and a refillable water bottle to take advantage of the free water station."

"beach view was obstructed, pool was nice, not much of a view, not a true penthouse only 6 floors, small but clean room, friendly staff, charged $50 a night for parking and there was no advanced knowledge of going to have to pay that much for parking PER NIGHT. "
