Not sure what kind of clientele frequent casa Rosa but the plastic sheet under the linen was such a nice touch, so when you can’t sleep due to the heat in the room hearing the plastic sheet crumple every slight move was just wonderful. "The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room. Staff was top notch. Unfortunately, I would probably never stay at that hotel again. The walls between rooms were so thin, we were able to hear the entire conversations from the guests staying next door. It’s not something we’d expect from a hotel chain of that caliber. Perfect location, great staff but we just could not sleep in our room. We left very disappointed."

"The property list they have a resturant. The resturant has been close since last year and is not plan on reopening. I had to walk a half mile in the cold to the nearest open facility"

"The hotel location was great, and the room was large and clean. The only problem was that the sink drained very slowly, and the water would collect and take a long time to fully go down. Overall, everything was good. There were also two pools—one on the rooftop and one on the second floor—but both were very small. Still, overall, it was very good."

"Our stay there was Perfect!!! The staff was extremely nice and the manager went out of his way to assist us. We travelled around Spring break, we were so glad to see that did not interrupt our stay at the hotel. Thank you to all the staff there."
