Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL. Food is superb! breakfast counter the is one of the best. tanburi is also delicious, must try mushroom bryani! overall its a great stay! thanks :)"

"Great location connected to Pavillion Shopping Mall with a plethora of dining and shopping options. Also within walking distance to the MRT Bukit Bintang station, where the Kajang Line provides useful connections to suburban malls like One Utama Mall and the KL Monorail station for a direct connection to KL Sentral. Wifi is stable and ultra fast - no problems supporting video streaming and video conference. Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting, but the executive lounge options were less exciting. Overall highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location and wonderful service and facilities, but wish they would improve on the range of dining options provided in the executive lounge!"
