"The overnight attendant was very nice, friendly and kind. He was busy at the time I checked in but still able to work under pressure efficiently. The property has things you need from snacks, water coffee and some sandwiches for wraps to overcome hunger for the late evening. Breakfast was ok but I wish it closes at least a little later than 9:00 a.m. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. During my stay at Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 25, 2026, I returned to my room after their housekeeping service and discovered that the contents of a FULL bathroom trash bin had been dumped directly into the toilet bowl and the toilet lid left covered. When I opened the lid, the toilet was filled with garbage. This was not just unpleasant—it was a serious sanitation failure. The bathroom was unusable, and the situation was both shocking and completely inappropriate for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. What made matters worse was the handling by management. The explanation I received did not adequately account for what happened, and there was a clear lack of accountability. That response was almost as concerning as the incident itself. Travelers should be aware that this property appears to have significant issues with basic housekeeping standards and quality control. I strongly suggest management take immediate corrective action, as this kind of incident should never happen in a professional hospitality environment."

"I found the stuff the men to be a very laid-back not caring just wanting to get a paycheck. There was one lady from our check-in to our checkout who was absolutely phenomenal! She would be the only reason we would return she was phenomenal she treated us with respect she was gracious she was friendly. I do think that bathtubs should have some kind of gripping on them as you can fall! Being that I do have a disability I had to lay a towel on the bathtub floor in the tub itself. The tubs really should have some kind of skitting on them so that you don't fall. The actual faucet coming out of the wall was in need of repair it was about to come out. Towels more than two bath towels and one hand towel are needed there was no washcloth. Coffee in the room Really should be equipped with a dry creamers which is like a coffee mate which is dry powder to put only two coffee pods two accessories which included one stir stick one serviette one sugar one sweetener yet no dry powder mix to as per a coffee mate was shocking. You need to have a dry substance for people who do not drink their coffee black. And when I phone down to the front desk and I'm told at 10:30 at night to come down there in my pajamas to get whitener or cream is crazy. It should be provided in the room these are suggestions in order to make this place better. We Will stay there again but we will keep in mind that we need to bring our own creamers You don't need to have liquid creamer You can have dry creamers "
