"Great hotel with professional and courteous front desk staff. Though decor was a bit dark and traditional for my taste, really large and well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast and breakfast area well staffed. The area is a light on dining options but close to Bryce entrance. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"Cottage was freezing. Central air was not working and only blowing cold air. Had only an electric fire place and two space heaters to warm the place. It wasn’t enough and had to close off the bedroom. Bathroom was freezing as a result. Just felt like it should be better advertised. I wanted to just leave for a hotel honestly but place was unrefundable - surprise surprise. Unadvertised cleaning fee of $50 that was a surprise charge. I should have gone to a hotel. Forgot to mention the power went out. As least the response via text was fast and it was restored. There was black ice in the driveway. Area should have been salted for safety to and around cars. Stairs to cottage were uneven, almost fell from that too. Needed automatic lights by porch to see uneven stairs better and not just by the carport. Would not recommend in winter. Maybe Spring or summer."

"Easy to find and access our room via a door code. We never interacted with staff. Comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of space. However, the walls are a bit thin which meant we could hear our neighbors."
