The place was great! The bedroom was spotless, comfortable beds and breakfast was awesome! The breakfast was cooked on the spot so that we could customize it to our preference and eat it hot! There were also multiple options on the drinks (coffee, tea, juice, multiple types of milk). Also great view of the mountains, which could be enjoyed from the terrace or the room window. The property manager was great as well. He was available on the spot and guided us when we got lost. Thank you! We will definitely come back during our next road trip in Utah.

From the easy check in to delicious breakfast, everything was amazing. A quiet stay with neat accommodations. Only down side but not the properties fault is limited dinner dining options in the town of Tropic due to restaurants closed.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Happy Trails B&B on a vacation with my dad. Room was clean and in great working condition. Shower was a bit small but manageable. The main building is a bit older so it can be a bit noisy at times when you’re on the first floor as the floors are creaky. The room had a portable heater/AC tower which helped a lot in minimizing noise at night. Washer and dryer were accessible, free, and a great help after a day in Bryce hiking. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! There’s an bbq area and fire pit out back which we also enjoyed. All in all, I definitely would recommend Happy Trails B&B for visitors to Bryce as it’s close to the park and comfortable accommodations.

delightful b and b. we stayed at the cottage and it had everything we needed, including our own washer/dryer. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed meeting the proprietor. highly recommend this b and b when visiting the area.

In the first place I was billed an extra $26.50 to my credit card after already prepaying for my stay with no explanation for that charge. When we got to the room, the air conditioning didn’t work in the upstairs room of the bed and breakfast, and the owner took over 30 minutes to respond and ultimately insisted the air was working but never came to the property! It was 87 degrees outside and 80 in the room where we were assigned. I have pictures of the thermostat set at 67 and the inside temperature of 80 degrees. We had to leave because the room was too hot to stay in. I have initiated a report to Expedia and am still waiting for a response, but I should not have to pay for a room that was not habitable. Beware of full prepayment to unscrupulous properties.

We had a great stay! I would give five stars but patrons should be aware that if you stay on the first floor, the ceiling above is paper thin. We heard every foot step and it sounded as though there was a rugby game being played at times. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was just a short drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again, though it would have to be on the second floor.

Amazing spot in Tropic

Great spot in Tropic! We stayed 2 nights. Great room. Bed was comfortable and everything was readily available. Breakfast was great! Would recommend / stay again when in Tropic!

This is a nice place to stay in Tropic which is 20 minutes from Bryce. Tropic is a small town with limited services. The choices of restaurants and their foo were far better than we expected.
